6) Scope of Supply
a) Shortage of supply quantity / Not Available Product : if the article ordred is not availble in appropriate quantity or not available at all, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return customer's money and Written information will be sent to customer on provided e mail address about the delay or cancellation of Order. b) If there are changes in article somposition or deformations, which are due to improvement of the technology and or to the demands of the Kegislation, as well as changes in mark or quality during the delivery time. Currently Orders can only be placed via Internet.
8) Delivery Time
If the article is available in stock, the fulfillment of order takes place within 2-3 working days.
9) Right of revocation / Return.
Customer has right to return the ordered items if he or she does not like it, or if the article delivered is defective or broken or damaged due to handling or any other reasons. ´´Spice Master 24´´ will return the cost of returned articles back to the customer after receiving the articles. If customer wants to exchange the product due to damage/Brocken or any other reason, the customer has to inform ´´Spice Master 24´´ within 3 days of receiving delivery and then return the articles within next 1 week.
